This is a left-wing, environmentalist extremist dream rule.

I encourage North Dakotans and landowners especially to make their voices heard throughout the public comment period.

People who are in the United States illegally and have removal orders shouldn’t be released simply because their home country refuses to take them back.

I am also suspicious of the timing of this action, coming immediately after I agreed to vote for a wealth manager to be the Assistant Secretary of Interior that oversees these issues.
