“I wanted to get down here and spend a few minutes continuing the conversation about this infrastructure package that is before us and that we will be voting on soon or at least the next step of that. Some aren't as good. I would vote against them. Maybe we would kill most of them. The point isn't whether we pass them or kill them.…”
