The only thing that concerns me about that is that--that sounds swell until the local community decides it is not worth the funding, in which case you have solved no problem.

Well, I don't think there's much question that the tolerance for certain things has changed, but I would say in many respects grace abounds all the more and I think that's not such a bad thing.
