Madam President, reserving the right to object. This is yet one more obstructionist move to prevent us from taking up Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court of the United States, a highly- qualified nominee who deserves her time in the Chamber. She deserves her time in debate and not these other external matters that, by the way, if they were important to the Senate minority, they would not have voted four times this week to adjourn until after the election.
