I don't see how we have a better story to tell when we ms the one opportunity we have to fix it and we go say you know, I would love to have fixed it, but it was election season, so I thought I'd wait.
It is hard for me as a former regulator to imagine multi-State, multi-jurisdictional, linear infrastructure that doesn't have a Federal nexus somewhere along the line.
I do, but more importantly, I want the Judiciary Committee to be able to see it prior to the hearings and then after that, depending on what happens, then of course, it could be released to the other members that are going to at some point…
