I had the privilege of welcoming these two new North Dakotans to my office in Washington. It was an honor to nominate the Joraanstads in recognition of their dedication to their daughters.

The White House knows all of this, but the ball is in their court to act, not mine.

From the beginning, I told the White House I would be as flexible as they would be.
