I’m comfortable with that, but at the end of the day, we need to make sure we are managing billions of dollars of assets for the North Dakota citizens, and we can’t do that without the human resources to do it well.

This July ranked as one of the hottest and driest on record in North Dakota, putting enormous strain on livestock producers who are just trying to keep their herds watered and fed and their operations afloat.

People are going to come here from every corner of the world. And while here, they will come to understand T.R. the way North Dakotans always have: as a man beset by tragedy but on the verge of greatness.

“Basically, from Bismarck to the South Dakota and Montana border is as bad as we’ve seen in a very long time,” Armstrong said.
