Technology has improved our lives in a myriad of ways, but it has also given bad actors more tools and, in many instances, stalkers can victimize their targets without ever leaving their home and a victim can often feel like they have nowhere to escape. I applaud the work of Senator Toomey and Congressman Fitzpatrick, who sponsored the House companion to this bill on this important legislation. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.

I don’t expect that, but I expect to figure out a way to grow this to a point where it’s so popular, they want to fund it.
The only caveat I would have with federal funding for this program is, I’m not taking federal oversight.
We appreciate the continued support by President Trump and his administration for policies that support U.S. energy dominance and a more stable electric grid to serve our citizens, grow our economy and strengthen our national security.
These storm systems caused significant damage and destruction requiring extensive response and recovery efforts by local agencies and citizens, and we’ve activated our State Emergency Operations Plan to help coordinate those efforts.
