Crop insurance is farmers’ most important risk management tool, and protecting their Actual Production History is essential for maintaining coverage levels over the long term.

That’s why we’re focused on making sure federal conservation programs are voluntary and farmer-friendly.

Importantly, the bill limits what schools can pay student-athletes, while also protecting the students against fraud and ensuring they retain control over the use of their name, image and likeness.

Through my position on the Defense Appropriations Committee, we’re working to fund this priority, along with our nuclear missions, which serve as our original deterrent.
