The amendment is as follows: Amendment No. 909 (Purpose: To restrict charges for certain surplus water) On page 190, after line 23, add the following: SEC. 2060. RESTRICTION ON CHARGES FOR CERTAIN SURPLUS WATER. (a) In General.--No fee for surplus water shall be charged under a contract for surplus water if the contract is for surplus water stored on the Missouri River. (b) Offset.--Of the amounts made available under Public Law 113-6 (127 Stat. 198) for operations and maintenance under the heading ``Corps of Engineers--Civil'', $5,000,000 is rescinded.
