Our country needs to respond, and we need to respond with a long-term strategy and not just talk and not a short- term strategy, and that is something we can do. We can respond, and we need to respond with a long-term strategy. We can lead with strong sanctions against Russia--sanctions that would truly affect the banking sector and other sectors of their economy in a meaningful way.…”
