I do as well. I also want to express my appreciation for your answer that the modernization is an absolute requirement.
We need steady funding for our LHAs on 4 year centers and our LPDs on 2 year centers.
It takes longer to get an EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) done these days than it does to go through medical school...
we are going to need flexibility under these rules if we are going to be able to move forward.
