Senator Cornyn is correct when he said Texas is the largest producer of oil in the country. I think they produce about 1.1 million barrels of oil a day. We are at 750,000 barrels and growing, so we are after you. The important point is we are producing this product and we have to have the infrastructure to get it to market. Again, I thank the distinguished Senator from Texas, and I wish to now turn to the distinguished Senator from Louisiana. Here is another State that is doing amazing things in oil and gas. They have refineries, and they have refineries that need product. To get that product from North Dakota, Montana, and our ally Canada to Louisiana, we need pipelines.
