I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 3 p.m., Monday, February 29; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; further, that following leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning business until 5 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; further, that at 5 p.m., the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 524, with the time until 5:30 p.m. equally divided between the two managers or their designees; finally, that notwithstanding the provisions of rule XXII, the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 524 at 5:30 p.m. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
