we are going to need flexibility under these rules if we are going to be able to move forward.
We have got to move these projects. They are just critically important for the country, critically important infrastruct...
We are doing it both for geologic storage now and EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery).
If there is something else that needs to be done we want to know what it is to keep that program on track.
