I might expect you to think about doing that in a building that houses thousands of people in a city that frequently is a target symbolically of terrorism or these kinds of attacks.

There has to be serious consequences for not reporting. There has to be serious consequences for lying.

The first obligation of any employer is safety.

Is that what we are hearing today?

It is troubling that there does not seem to be a lot of kind of creative thinking on how we can use the resources we have more effectively to protect folks.

It seems like there might be some cost/benefit in safety in looking at electronic surveillance.
