it seems to me we are giving extraordinary power to one individual to make decisions, to call bills to this floor, that this House will be called upon to vote on, that one individual to make decisions that affects over 250 million Americans in this country, and we do not even have the right to talk about the ethics of the person that will be administering this martial law, whatever you want to call it, bill.
