Let me just say this to you, I was here when the Indiana situation came about. It might have been wrong. During the last campaign Republicans campaigned all over this country and they said, the Democrats have been in charge for 40 years and we are not going to run this House like the Democrats did. The chairman of the Committee on Rules stood in this well when he was in the minority and said, when we get to be in charge, we will not have closed rules and we will not run this House like the Democrats. What you are doing here is wrong. You cannot defend it. It is absolutely wrong and we should be ashamed of this charade that is taking place in this House. This gentlewoman won fair and square.
