Four point eight million people in Wisconsin, and it is going to directly or indirectly affect the lives of all the people in Wisconsin, and we are going to do it here when a lot of people are going to be gone, nobody knows anything about it. To me, this is absolutely an abdication of our responsibility, and it laughs in the face of a free society and government by the people and for the people. This is absolutely totally repugnant to me.
