I have been listening to the gentleman's speech, and it is good to see him really get excited for a change here, and I agree with what the gentleman is saying. The gentleman is probably going to get a move to call this not in order, ruled out of order because it has to go through Ways and Means, or what have you, but in my view, this is just something that could be done, just simply that, as the gentleman talks about, in fairness. We are going to trade with you, you are going to get the same breaks that we get, and I commend the gentleman for making this effort, and I would ask that people make the effort to vote and to support the gentleman on this effort, and I compliment the gentleman on taking the time to do this.
