I thank the gentleman. Certainly they are not without their faults and without their problems. Even our private hospitals sometimes have instances where they operate on the wrong foot or what have you. These things happen, but they are not unique. Our veterans hospitals, the people that work in those VA hospitals are so committed, they work long hours, they work for less pay in most cases, the doctors are committed. I just commend the people that work in these health delivery systems, the hospitals. Again I want to thank the people that put together this amendment, and I hope that the committee will accept it. If they do not accept it, I hope it is passed overwhelmingly.
