I sat on the same budget as my friend from Pennsylvania does. Make no mistake about it, if we adopt this, defense is going to take another cut. There is no doubt about it. My friend knows it, and everybody in this House knows that we are going to take another cut. We are going to absorb another cut in defense if this passes. You know it, and everybody that has studied the budget in this House knows it.
