I really agree with the gentleman. I came to the Congress with Mr. Newt Gingrich in the 1994 election, sworn in in 1995, and we have believed ever since we have been in the majority that the people that worked hard in this country, awfully hard for their money, should keep the majority of their money. And, in addition, as the gentleman said, those people who have been laid off work, if we can help strengthen business, small, midsize and large, so that they can get some tax breaks so that then they will be willing to expand job opportunities, that is what America is all about. That is our philosophy, to empower the people, empower the businesses so that the economy is moving and the engine is pumping.
