The stress of war on our men and women and their families is enormous. We cannot do much to help with the stress of war, but Mr. Murphy's resolution can help the military family as they try to balance their own budget. So thank you, Mr. Murphy, for this legislation, this resolution. And with that, Madam Speaker, I hope that each and every Member will vote in support of this resolution.
