We are a nation of laws, and those who break these laws by coming to our country illegally must be held accountable for their actions.

But now here we are, nine months later, we still haven’t seen the reimbursements.

The American people deserve access to reliable, affordable energy.

For that reason, I will vote against any supplemental appropriations package that does not include additional funding for Western North Carolina.
