The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the division D (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the prevailing wage requirements in subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Davis-Bacon Act). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 473, the gentleman from North Carolina (Mr. Budd) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
