I would now like to yield 1 minute to my friend, the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Wolf), who actually helped me with the original Cooper-Wolf legislation that helped spawn the Simpson-Bowles Commission. Mr. LaTOURETTE. Mr. Chairman, I would also like to take 1 minute of our time and give it to Mr. Wolf for a grand total of 2 minutes. The Acting CHAIR.
