The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to transfer any individual detained at United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to any other location. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 783, the gentleman from North Carolina (Mr. Hudson) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from North Carolina.
