I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill, before the short title, insert the following: Sec. __. (a) Each amount made available by this Act is hereby reduced by 7.4831 percent. (b) The reduction in subsection (a) shall not apply to amounts under the headings ``National Nuclear Security Administration'', ``Environmental and Other Defense Activities'', or ``Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 641, the gentleman from North Carolina and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from North Carolina.
