“I call up the Hudson amendment. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. (a) Each amount made available by this Act is hereby reduced by 11.1208 percent. (b) The reduction in subsection (a) shall not apply to amounts under the headings ``National Nuclear Security Administration'', ``Environmental and Other Defense Activities'', or ``Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board''.
