While I generally support the bills under consideration today by the Subcommittee aimed at improving Medicaid patient access to care, I very much believe there is a missing component in this discussion.

States should be permitted to withdraw or deny Medicaid funding to individuals and entities that violate the letter and spirit of the widely supported laws against infanticide.

I agree. As difficult as it is to watch the videos... it is chilling to me, and it truly is sickening.

I think we really do need to put the brakes on this because there are other ways that we can achieve decreasing costs.
