And they look somewhere else. That is what is happening. This is why the people of Garner, North Carolina, are outraged. And rightly so. This is a situation which has been hanging for awhile. It needs to be addressed, and it needs to be addressed today. I have asked all entities involved, let's all look at this and use some common sense and make the right choices and let's save the American taxpayers some money.

This is obviously going to negatively impact the consumers and their utility bills.
One of the issues that I have been working on that is very important to me is access to healthcare services for children with life-threatening illnesses.
If a manufacturer simply cannot meet these standards, what are their options? Are they to buy expensive offsets? Are they to close their doors?
I believe travel restrictions need to be put in place, and now after having this subcommittee hearing, I believe even more strongly that we need them.
