It makes absolutely no sense. You are talking about logic and facts, and unfortunately, many times those things do not fit into what we do here.
While I generally support the bills under consideration today by the Subcommittee aimed at improving Medicaid patient access to care, I very much believe there is a missing component in this discussion.
If a manufacturer simply cannot meet these standards, what are their options? Are they to buy expensive offsets? Are they to close their doors?
