Thank you so much for this opportunity to speak here with the Doctors Caucus on these very important issues. You were bringing up a very important piece to this puzzle. As far as the American people are concerned with their health care, they want Washington bureaucrats out of the examining room and not between them and their doctors. Patients want to be able to have that relationship with their doctors. Do you know what? I am sorry. If anything has played out over this very short period of time since October 1 with the failure of the Web site rollout, we have seen that Washington has absolutely no business in health care. This is only going to continue to play out, so I just want to take a few moments and speak on some of the issues that continue to remain in these failures of the Web site. I think the administration has spent over $630 million now, with 50 contractors, fixing this Web site--this Web site that we were promised for so long was going to be ready: online, on time, working great for the American people. We know that that is simply not the case. Once again, it is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the failures that we will learn about in the future on health care. I am here today to talk about how this is affecting American families and those who are reaching out to me in my district, the Second District of North Carolina. ObamaCare is turning family budgets upside down and is inflicting unnecessary pain on millions of Americans.…
