This is not what we should be having in this country.

I think what we want to do is to ensure that we are meeting the letter of the law with as much flexibility as possible.

If we do not follow the science and have qualified people in these positions, Americans will die.

The mission of the EPA is to protect public health and the environment, look at cost-effective technologies to do so, and ensure that this country can remain globally competitive.
