I think what we want to do is to ensure that we are meeting the letter of the law with as much flexibility as possible.

We want to support our specialty crop producers, and we are looking at all kinds of ways to provide the flexibilities and the labeling that we need to keep our specialty crop farmers, our small farmers in a most competitive posture.
