Because Congress cut the budget. Because you guys cut the budget.

It is vitally important that every single person in this country has access to clean drinking water--clean, affordable drinking water.

It is absolutely imperative that we have additional research into this chemical compound, and into the technologies, that will deter this from entering our bodies.

I might be biased, but I would say I am right, and I think Secretary Vilsack agrees with me.
