Congressman Bill Johnson did an excellent job representing that constituency and bringing people to the table that my staff met with.

I think what we want to do is to ensure that we are meeting the letter of the law with as much flexibility as possible.

what I'm hoping is that Congress will see that EPA has used these resources strategically and wisely
