let me just say to the chairman of our Committee on Banking and Financial Services and for whom I have the utmost respect that every single one of the programs that he described has compensation associated with it, every single one of them, National Service, AmeriCorps, the whole range of things that the gentleman has described. That is the first point I would make. The second point I would make is that there is not a President in this country for mandating bartering. If people choose to barter, if people choose to barter, that is a choice that they make, and let me say this last thing that I want to say in response, with the utmost respect and gentleness because I do not want it to be misunderstood, and I have the utmost respect for the gentleman.
