This week marks 56 years since the vicious murders of Addie Mae Collins, Cynthia Morris Wesley, Carole Robertson, and Carol Denise McNair at the hands of the Ku Klux Klan.

It is clear that technology is not a silver bullet for identifying and removing extremist content.

In my Congressional District, deaths related to fentanyl increased 195 percent between 2016 and 2017 from 64 fatalities to 189 fatalities.

I do want to acknowledge that this country has made great strides in stepping out this bigotry and these racist thugs and the damage that they would try and do.
