The strength of America is shown in many ways--the strength of our military and its personnel and families that make up our service, but also shown in the strength of a strong economy and as many Americans working as possible. This amendment would help ensure that as many Americans as possible are working to make the clothing articles that our great servicepeople use. I encourage my colleagues to vote ``yes'' on this amendment.
