remedial education is really a burial ground for disadvantaged students, for under-represented students.
We as a school district did not want to wait until it was happening in our schools.
I think that's very important, because it certainly would degrade their capability.
I hate to bring this hearing to a close, but I do thank all of you for your testimony.
