So in a State that expanded it, she would have had access where in the 24 States that have not expanded it, there are these huge numbers of people.
We've seen unbelievable examples of what you all have described today of what happens when there's advertisement.
We as a school district did not want to wait until it was happening in our schools.
I believe it is important that the insurance companies be protected and that the State model for regulating the insurance also be respected.
