I am pleased that the strategy that the administration has developed for defeating ISIS does include the training and equipping the moderate Syrian opposition.

I certainly understand the dilemma that goes with what you're going to do after the birth of your child.

While a strong moderate military force is essential, I do believe success on the battlefield can only set the condition for the political solution in Syria.
