I agree that military personnel convicted of sexual offenses should be punished and then separated from the Service, out of the Service.

this is a crime, sexual assault is a crime, and we have to address it as such.

I just want to be sure that there is not negative professional consequences to the commanders who are doing the job to report these incident...
