The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To authorize the use of the insurance fund to reduce fraud and maintain program integrity in the crop insurance program) On page 1076, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following: SEC. 110__. CROP INSURANCE FRAUD. Section 516(b)(2) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1516(b)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(C) Reviews, compliance, and program integrity.--For each of the 2014 and subsequent reinsurance years, the Corporation may use the insurance fund established under subsection (c), but not to exceed $5,000,000 for each fiscal year, to pay the following: ``(i) Costs to reimburse expenses incurred for the review of policies, plans of insurance, and related materials and to assist the Corporation in maintaining program integrity. ``(ii) In addition to other available funds, costs incurred by the Risk Management Agency for compliance operations associated with activities authorized under this title.''.
