I ask unanimous consent that the HELP Committee be discharged from further consideration of S. 3472 and that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the bill by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 3472) to amend the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 to provide improvements to such Act. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
