Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous speaker that this may be dead on arrival when it is received in the other body. But if it is not acted upon, then certain things will not be addressed by this Congress and signed into law by this President; such things as the extension of unemployment compensation for 13 weeks. That is important. That is important to the people who are without jobs, and it may not be enough. Health care. The Federal Government helping to pay health care costs and health care insurance for those that have lost their insurance because of the loss of their jobs, since March. That is the right thing to do. If it is not taken up by the other body, it will not happen.
