If the gentleman would read the bill, he would see what I am talking about is a completely different section. This is the area where caregivers are receiving checks and misappropriating them. It has nothing to do with spouses. This is a very large bill, and I would suggest that the gentleman read it and understand it, and then he would not misinterpret what I have just said.
