It is really, I think, a very sad state that we passed a very, very good law that had a lot of debate internally, bipartisan support over here, bicameral support, signed into law by a president, and then, when there was a new administration that came in, decided--what was a balanced law between providers and insurers--to pretty much put everything in the insurers' pocket. It is an absolute disgrace.
